Ever heard of Sinasera 24? This waterfront fine-dining destination far off the east coast of Taiwan is one that gourmands from all over the world make pilgrimage for. At the helm is native Taiwanese Nick Yang, a French-trained chef—an alumnus of three Michelin star Le Petit Nice in Marseille—who presents inventive menus that honour ancient aboriginal traditions and local seasonal produce.
