Watch the highlights as we revealed the 28 Taiwan honourees on the Gen.T List 2020 at a physical unveiling event in Taipei

On October 7, we unveiled the 28 honourees from Taiwan on the Gen.T List 2020 at an exclusive event at W Taipei.

Presented in partnership with both our regional sponsors Credit Suisse, Chanel and Chopard as well as local sponsors BMW and Dalmore, the event was attended by honourees from the 2020 list as well as honourees from previous years and members of the Tribe—the panel of industry experts who nominate and help vet candidates for the Gen.T List.

Tribe member Steven Ko, the founder and CEO of O'right International Corporation, saw the event as a great opportunity to meet others in different fields and celebrate each other's successes. "I've learnt so much tonight and I've been able to make some good friends who hail from different fields. We share common interests and views and have similar goals, although we are from different industries we are still able to connect and exchange knowledge and ideas with each other," he said.

Guests were treated to a performance by renowned singer Janice Yan as well as a special performance by 2016 Gen.T honouree and saxophonist Tzu-Chieh Shen. For those who wanted to keep celebrating late into the night, the revelry continued at an afterparty at local bar, Backyard Jr.
